摘要

航空醫學是一門領域非常廣泛的醫學專科，主要是提供軍事飛行員和空勤人員身心健康管理和航空生理訓練，亦協助民營航空機組人員和乘客的醫療業務。新加坡航醫制度自1968年創立，迄今已獲世界先進國家如美國和英國等認證，為亞太地區臨床航空醫學和航空生理培訓的主要國家，並擔任國際航空醫學專業機構的主要職位。綜合以上佳績，新國航空醫學制度相當值得學習，探討其相關制度和航醫訓練規範，嚴謹專業、國際認證、承先啟後、專才適任；我國軍醫具有源遠流長之優良傳統，見賢思齊，展望未來，俾利我國堅強國防戰備實力、有效抵禦嚇阻敵軍、提升國際支持認同。

Aviation medicine is a medical specialty with a wide range of fields. In addition to providing life health maintenance and aviation physiological training for military pilots and flight crew, it can also assist in managing the medical affairs of crew members and passengers on commercial airliners. Singapore's aeromedical system was founded in 1968. Until the present, Singapore's system has acquired international certifications of advanced countries such as the US and UK. In Asia, Singapore is one of the major countries for clinical aerospace medicine and aviation physiology training. Singapore also serves as the chief position of comprehensive international aviation medicine professional institutions. Due to the above outstanding achievements, it is worthy to learn its aviation management systems. According to its Aviation Medicine Subspecialty Training Programme, this article is to explore Singapore's aeromedical system, which has professional training, international authentication, unceasing inheritance, and eligible qualifiers. Based on the long history of our admirable military medical foundation, we can emulate Singapore by constantly improving. We sincerely hope that optimized aviation medicine benefits all nationals, intimidates enemies, and obtains approval worldwide.
