知識管理與組織績效關係之研究-以新竹地區科技製造業與金融服務業比較分析

The Relationship between Knowledge Management and Organizational Performance-Comparative Study between Technical Manufacturing Industry and Financial Service Industry in Hsinchu

摘要


面對快速變動的環境,知識管理儼然對企業構成相當大的挑戰,更是企業決勝的主要議題。本研究針對科技製造業與金融服務業兩個產業,探討知識管理對產業組織績效的影響並進行比較。根據統計分析結果,歸納以下幾項重要結論:(1)實證結果顯示產業的知識管理基礎建設越好,知識管理能力與組織績效越佳。此外,產業的知識管理能力越好,越顯著正向影響組織績效;(2)影響的組織績效最大的是知識管理基礎建設,特別是組織文化及知識策略;(3)知識管理能力對組織績效的影響則是主要透過知識取得與知識轉化。

With fast changing in the information hi-tech each passing day and flourishing development in the internet, knowledge management seems to constitute a rather big challenge to the enterprises. This study is focused on the variables affecting the relationship among knowledge management infrastructure, knowledge management capability and organizational performance of technical manufacturing industry and financial service industry. After investigation and data analysis using multivariate statistics to test, this research induces following several important conclusions: (1) The industrial knowledge management infrastructure is better, knowledge management capability and organizational performance are better; in addition, the industrial knowledge management capability is better, obviously to influence organizational performance; (2) influence organizational performance biggest are the knowledge management infrastructure, especially organizational culture and knowledge strategy; (3) knowledge management capability influence with organizational performance is mainly through knowledge acquisition and knowledge transformation.
