心智訓練對射箭選手之心理特質及運動表現影響之研究

摘要

本研究之研究目的為心智訓練的實施對射箭選手之心理特質及運動表現之影響，本研究對象為私立輔仁大學射箭代表隊之六位選手，其平均身高為166.67(SD=6.56)cm，平均體重為63.83(SD=4.58)kg，平約年齡21.87(SD=2.08)歲，平均射箭年齡為5.67(SD=1.21)年。使用運動員自信心量表及狀態性焦慮量表(CSAI-2)為本研究之調查工具，所得結果如下：以相依樣本t考驗檢心智訓練的實施對射箭運動員的1．專注分量、2．自信心分量表、3．賽前狀態性焦慮之前、後測、後測和4．運動表現前及表現結果後到之結果，均達顯著差異水準。另外，以皮爾遜積差相關檢定5．前測自信心與後測自信心、前測賽前狀態性焦慮及前到運動表現結果有正相關存在；前測自信心與前測運動表現結果及後測運動表現結果有正相關存在；前測運動表現結果與後測運動表現結果有正相關存在。

This study was designed to find the effects of imaging training on athlete, s focus, confidence, precompetitive state anxiety, and physical performances outcome. The experiment was carried out on 6 members of the Fu-Jen Catholic University archery team. Their average height was 166.67 (SD=6.56) cm, average weight was 63.83 (SD=4.58) kg, average age is 21.87 (SD=2.08) years old, and have been trained for 5.67 (SD=1.21) years. The Paired-Samples t tests and Pearson's correletions showed the condition of the athletes' confidence and CSAI-2 Inventory, the conclusions are following: There,s significant difference between on athlete, s focus, confidence, precompetitive state anxiety and performances outcome. Additional, that negatively correlation between before focus and before confidence, before precompetitive state anxiety responses while before confidence positively correlated with after confidence, before precompetitive state anxiety, after performance outcome: after confidence correlated with before/after performance outcome: before performance correlated with one of one response.
