核心訓練對國中男子羽球運動員專項能力及疲勞延緩之影響

The Effects of Core Muscle Training to the Specialized Physical Fitness and the extent of decreasing fatigue in Male Junior High School Badmintion Players

摘要


目的:本研究探討核心訓練對國中男子羽球運動員專項能力及疲勞延緩之影響。方法:以新北市某國中男子羽球代表隊之學生16名為研究對象,以隨機的方式均分為實驗組(核心訓練)與控制組各8人,實驗組除接受正規專長訓練外,另外進行八遇核心肌群訓練,包含徒手與抗力球兩種方式,受試者於實驗前、後進行敏捷與跳躍能力測驗。本研究以單因子共變數分析(ANCOVA)敏捷與跳躍能力變化情形,並以成對樣本t考驗計算兩組前後測驗結果之改變,顯著水準定為p<.05。結果:經過八週核心肌群訓練後,實驗組敏捷與跳躍能力方面均優於控制組,且均達顯著差異(p<.05),在運動時跳躍疲勞延緩情形亦顯著優於控制組(p<.05)。結論:本研究八週核心訓練,對國中男子羽球運動員專項能力有明顯提升效果,並能延緩運動時跳躍疲勞的發生。建議羽球運動員可在傳統器械式重量訓練方式外,再輔以核心訓練以增進運動員的專項運動能力。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of core muscle training in improving specialized physical fitness and the extent of decreasing fatigue. Method: we recruited 16 male badminton players from Junior High School, including experimental (E) and control (C) groups randomly. All participants took regular badminton training, but E group took extra core muscle training program. We compared the results from agility and jumping test before and after training program and between two groups. All data were analyzed by using one-way ANOVA and Pairt test (p<.05).Result-the results of agility and jumping test in E Group showed greater improvement than C group significantly (p<.05). The extent of fatigue in the form of height decreased in jumping ability showed improvement in E group. Conclusion: The 8-weeks core muscle training program was improving specialized physical fitness. Therefore, besides taking regular training program for the badminton players, core muscle training programs are strongly suggested for athletes to improve athletic ability.
