國中男性羽球選手專項體能訓練之初探

A Preliminary Study on Specific Fitness Training Programs of the Junior High School Male Badminton Players

摘要


當今的羽球運動,講究的是以速度全面、攻守兼備、快速致勝的方向發展,故選手須不斷追求更快、更高,超越自我極限的能力。而體能與技術是相輔相成的,不論是單打或雙打羽球選手皆須兼備優質的專項體能,才能在每次競賽中展現優異成績。基於如此,本文針對相關文獻進行探討,歸納出羽球選手專項體能訓練必須針對速度、力量和敏捷性進行發展,而文中也設計出適合國中男性羽球選手發展速度、力量和敏捷性的訓練方式,以期能提供給基層教練做為日後訓練計畫擬定之參考。

Speed, offensive-defensive tactics, success rapidly are required in badminton today. So players must keep to pursuit faster, higher and beyond limits of self abilities. Fitness and tactics are complementary. Either single players or double players must own excellent specific fitness to perform well in every contest. Based on these, relating papers are investigated, specific fitness training of badminton players must focus on speed, strength and agility are induced. Moreover, specific fitness training programs fit junior high school male badminton players to develop speed, strength and agility are designed to offer reference if primary coaches want to set up training programs in the future.
