Speed, offensive-defensive tactics, success rapidly are required in badminton today. So players must keep to pursuit faster, higher and beyond limits of self abilities. Fitness and tactics are complementary. Either single players or double players must own excellent specific fitness to perform well in every contest. Based on these, relating papers are investigated, specific fitness training of badminton players must focus on speed, strength and agility are induced.
