羽球運動教師專業能力、行為涉入與休閒運動效益關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship among Badminton Sports Teachers' Professional Ability, Behavioural Involvement and Recreational Benefits

摘要


本研究旨在探討羽球運動教師專業能力、行為涉入與休閒運動效益之關係。以中華醫事科技大學102學年度第二學期體育課興趣選項羽球組,6班192位學生為對象進行調查研究,採用知覺教師專業能力、行為涉入與休閒運動效益等三個量表為工具,經採驗證性分析、單因子多變量變異數分析與多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法處理,顯著水準訂為α=.05。研究結果發現:1.不同性別學生之間的知覺教師專業能力、行為涉入與休閒運動效益的表現不具顯著差異;2.知覺教師專業能力的「課程與評量」構面與「教學能力」兩個構面均對於「行為性」有顯著的正向影響關係;知覺教師專業能力的「專業知識」構面對於「認知性」有顯著的負向影響關係。而知覺教師專業能力的「課程與評量」構面對於「認知性」有顯著的正向影響關係。3.知覺教師專業能力的「教學態度」構面與「教學能力」兩個構面均對於「生理效益」有顯著的正向影響關係;知覺教師專業能力的「課程與評量」構面與「教學能力」兩個構面對於「心理效益」均有顯著的正向影響關係;知覺教師專業能力的「課程與評量」構面對於「社交效益」有顯著的正向影響關係。4.行為涉入對休閒運動效益具有顯著的正向影響關係。最後根據研究結果,提供體育課教學之參考,以及對後續研究者提出建議。

This study aims to explore the relationship among badminton sports teachers' professional ability, Behavioural Involvement and Recreational Benefits. Participants were 192 students selected from 6 classes, under PE badminton interest groups, of the second term of 102 academic year in Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology. 'Perception of teachers' professional capacity Scale', 'Behavioral Involvement Scale' and 'Recreational Benefits Scale' were adopted in the study. Data was analyses using confirmatory analysis, single-factor multivariate analysis of variance, and stepwise multiple regression analysis, with a significant level of .05. Results have found that 1) there was no significant difference between different gender in 'Perception of teachers' professional capacity', 'Behavioral Involvement' and 'Recreational Benefits.' 2) 2 items: 'Course and Evaluation' and 'Teaching Ability' from 'Perception of teachers' professional capacity Scale' had significant positive effects on the 'Behaviour' item. The item of 'Professional Knowledge' had significant negative effect on 'Cognitive' item in 'Perception of teachers' professional capacity Scale.' And 'Course and Evaluation' item had significant positive effects on the 'Cognitive' item. 3) 'Teaching Attitude' and 'Teaching Ability' from 'Perception of teachers' professional capacity Scale' had significant positive effects on 'Physiological benefits.' 'Course and Evaluation' and 'Teaching Ability' had significant positive effects on 'Psychological Effects.' And 'Course and Evaluation' item also had some significant positive effects on 'Social Benefits.' 4) 'Behavioural Involvement' had significant positive effects on 'Recreational Benefits.' The finding of this study is for the reference of PE teaching, and to provide recommendations for follow-up researchers.
