中醫正骨手法結合針灸治療坐骨神經痛病例報告

本篇為患者急性腰扭傷後，造成椎間盤突出呈現坐骨神經痛症狀的病例，在經過西醫口服和注射消炎止痛藥物，及中醫針灸治療2週後，病情仍未好轉，就診時無法行走，經由傷科整復手法合併針灸治療後，坐骨神經痛的情況獲得良好的改善。起初急性期的治療以中醫正骨手法胸腰椎沖壓法、腰部斜扳法為主，針灸治療為輔；至亞急性期以手法針灸並重，配合電針治療；最後緩解期以針傷佐以水藥治療，患者得以恢復正常行走。透過中醫正骨手法結合針灸的治療，可以提供給坐骨神經痛患者除了物理治療及手術方式以外的另一個選擇。日後尚可結合中藥薰蒸法來提高療效。

This is a case-report that sciatica induced by acute lumbar sprain was greatly relieved by Chinese chiropractic. An acute lumbar sprain male who has suffered from sciatica for more than 2weeks. The patient was still unable to walk after the treatments of anti-inflammatory therapy and acupuncture for two weeks. However combinded with the therapy of Chinese Chiropractic and acupuncture, the patient sciatica was relieved. In this case chiropratic was mainly used in the acute phase. Electric acupuncture and chiropractic were used in the subacute phase. In remission, Chinese chiropractic, acupuncture, Chinese medicine were used. After the above treatment for one month, the patient has totally recovered. Chinese chiropractic combined with acupuncture, Chinese medicine provide another effective therapy different from physiotherapy and surgery.
