博物館展示之策展團隊

摘要

展示一向是博物館內最具公眾性，並最具能見度的工作。所以，任何博物館都必然以展示的溝通為其教育工作之核心。然而展示卻也是博物館最頭痛的地方，不論是特展或常設展，從主題構思、規劃、設計、製作到開展後維修等過程，每一階段都馬虎不得，不僅費時費力，最後完成的展示還不一定受歡迎。因此，由一群人組成策展團隊共同發展展示，就成為博物館策劃展示的一個重要觀念。而整個策展團隊需要一個策展人，並由策展人主導擔任溝通及協調之角色；另外還需要有各種人才都能納進來，如設計人員、維修人員、教育人員、行銷人員，甚至藝術類人員；若可能的話，也能有展示主題內容專業之研究人員參與。

Exhibitions are always the most public and visible works in museums. Thus, they should be considered the core educational works of any museum. However, both permanent and temporary exhibitions are labor-intensive and time-consuming in regard of the process of planning, presentation design and maintenance. Each step cannot be ignored, and yet the public might not appreciate the final product, Therefore, building a productive team to develop an effective exhibition becomes an important concept. A whole exhibition team requires an exhibit developer who takes charge of communication and coordination. The entire project is carried out by designers, maintainers, educators, and marketing staff. If possible, researchers of the exhibit should be involved also. An exhibit developer is responsible for accepting each team member's ideas fairly and promoting collaboration among his members. In addition, an exhibition team approach should be considered as an effective strategy for museums.
