台灣醫事放射師之養成教育與市場人力分析

The Academic Education and Manpower Analysis of Radiologic Technologists in Taiwan

摘要


目前醫事放射師之養成教育以大學的學制為主,全國計有九所大學或技術學院提供培育醫事放射師之大學課程。本文收集八十六年至九十四年放射相關統計參數,分析這九年間放射就業人力之供需變化。其中培育課程明顯地由專科提昇至大學的層次。以慈濟技術學院放射技術系為例分析歷屆畢業生就業情況,發現醫事放射技術之專業屬性高又窄,相較於其它科系,放射培育之畢業生於目前就業市場可應用從事之工作或行業甚少。另以各年度放射畢業生人數為參考基準,分析發現86年時之畢業生人數:證照增加張數:執業增加人數=1.00:0.79:0.54;而94年時三者比為1.00:0.76:0.36。即九年間畢業生就業放射師的工作機會,由54%減至36%。人力需求分析發現,86年至93年全國醫院的X光貴重儀器使用量年成長率達10.9%,造成執業放射師總人數平均每年仍以5.3%的成長;但仍不及學校培育畢業生數量的成長率8.9%。預計未來畢業生俱放射師證照卻找不到放射師工作,將日趨嚴重。解決此一問題之消極作法,可加深證照考試題目之深度,或增加考試門檻。而較正面積極的作法,應為各校主動減低畢業生之總人數,或者開拓學生第二主專長。

The mainly academic education of radiologic technologists is four-year bachelor program, and nine universities and colleges give such program courses in Taiwan. The study collects some key parameters to analyze and assess the manpower changes of radiologic technologists from 1997 to 2005. The training education of radiologic technologists obviously promotes to four-year bachelor program, instead of that was given by junior college. To analyze career of graduate from the department of radiological technology of Tzuchi College and Technology, we find that the occupational choice of graduate is singularity and rarely apply their learning to other occupation in Taiwan. To compare total graduate of radiologic technologist for each year, the number of graduate: radiologic license increment: radiologic occupation increment is 1.00:0.79:0.54 in 1997, and is 1.00:0.76:0.36 in 2005. The result shows that the occupational opportunity of radiologic technologist for radiologic graduate is from 54% decrease to 36% in the period of nine years. Although, the uses of valuably x-ray instrument in hospital increase with a rate of 10.9%, and result the occupational person of radiologic technologist increase with a rate of 5.3%. The requirement of radiologic technologist is less than the supply of radiologic graduates, because the increased rate of radiologic graduates is 8.9%. In the future, the graduates with a radiologic license will gradually difficult to find an occupational position of radiologic technologists. The passive resolution of problem is difficult the examination to decrease the license number. On the other hand, the active resolution is to reduce the number of radiologic graduates, or creates the other professional specialty for the graduates.
