影響放射科系學生與醫事放射師之職業承諾或生涯承諾因素探討

摘要

從2000年醫事放射師法立法以來，醫事放射師的專業開始受到關注。近年來，在放射師公會聯合會及全體放射先進努力之下，醫事放射師已朝國際化邁進。但培育出一位優質的醫事放射師，仍需要政府單位、學校及醫療機構共同重視與培育。過去對於醫事放射師職業生涯探討的相關研究並不多，本研究以國內執業醫事放射師為樣本，並納入放射科系學生以及於國外執業的醫事放射師探究「學習滿意」、「實習滿意、「組織公平」、「工作滿意」影響其職業承諾對生涯承諾之關係，並找出之間關連性。
樣本收集的部份，本研究分為放射科系學生與醫事放射師二類。放射科系學生以目前人力市場佔大多數的學校包括陽明、中山醫、中台、元培以及慈濟為主要對象，問卷透過親自、郵寄方式發放，有效回收為207份。而醫事放射師是以醫學中心之執業醫事放射師為主要研究對象，且涵蓋國外執業之醫事放射師，問卷透過親自、郵寄及網路發放，有效回收為514份。運用職業承諾量表，探討醫事放射師職業承諾對於生涯承諾之關係。透過信度分析各構面與子構面之Cronbach’sα值皆在0.7以上，顯示本量表具有良好的效度與信度。採用相關、迴歸與對應分析得到結論如下1.學校學習滿意度、實習滿意對職業承諾有顯著影響。2. 組織公平、工作滿意對職業承諾有顯著影響。3. 職業承諾對生涯承諾有顯著影響。
放射科系學生其在學校學習滿意、實習滿意會影響職業承諾進而產生生涯承諾傾向；醫事放射師其工作滿意會影響職業承諾進而產生生涯承諾傾向。

Since 2000, Legislation of Medical Radiologist has been legislatived, Medical Radiologist's professional beginning to receive attention, and in recent years, Chinese Association of Radiological Technologists and all advanced Medical Radiologist’s efforts been made towards international forward, and cultivate a quality Medical Radiologist still need government units, schools and medical institutions jointly attention and nurturing. For the past Medical Radiologist research career is not much, and the domestic Medical Radiologist practice as a sample, and the study also included radiology department students and the abroad Medical Radiologist practice to explore "learning satisfaction", "internship satisfaction, "organizational justice", "job satisfaction" affect their Vocational commitment to the relationship between career commitment and find to related.
The analysis results are as follows :(1) Learning satisfaction, Internship satisfaction has a significant impact on the career commitment.(2) Organizational justice,Job satisfaction has a significant impact on the career commitment.(3) Vocational commitment has a significant impact on the Career commitment.
Radiology department students in their school learning satisfaction, internship satisfaction and produce Vocational commitment will affect career commitment tendencies; Medical Radiologist will affect their job satisfaction and produce Vocational commitment career commitment tendencies.
