使用影視教學增強實習生對主動式呼吸調控技術衛教訓練

Using Training Video to Enhance Health Education of ABC to Medical Technology Students

摘要


主動式呼吸調控(ABC)需病人穩定配合方能有最佳成效,衛教完整執行將能確保日後治療過程順暢及穩定,進而維持治療品質。希望藉由影視教學增強實習生(UGY)於衛教病人前能了解主動式呼吸調控技術及衛教內容。材料與方法:錄製主動式呼吸調控衛教影片,24位實習生進行口頭教學及影視教學方式學習主動式呼吸調控衛教訓練,填寫滿意度調查,評估實習生對於影視教學方式之滿意度。滿意度調查結果中,影視教學「對於學習是否有幫助?」項目高於口頭教學(4.83±0.38比4.17±0.70,p<0.001***),「課程豐富性是否感到滿意?」、「能否讓我學習到新知識?」以及「對於臨床的實用性是否感到滿意?」在影視教學皆高於口頭教學(4.83±0.38比4.00±0.88,p<0.001***;4.75±0.53比4.29±0.75,p<0.001***;4.79±0.41 比4.04±0.81,p<0.001***),對於學習是否感到困難及抽象則兩組間沒有明顯差異。實習生對於影視教學相較於口頭教學整體的效率、滿意度、能否增加對學習的興趣都有良好的分數。利用影視教學增強實習生對於主動式呼吸調控呼吸訓練及衛教內容的完整性、一致性及可重複學習,影視教學是一個實用且方便的教學工具。

Active breathing coordinator (ABC) requires the stable respiratory cooperation of patients to achieve the best therapeutic effect. Running a whole health education will ensure the therapy process become more stable and maintain the quality of therapy effectiveness. Our purpose is to let Under-graduate year training (UGY) enhance the knowledge on the ABC technology and health education, and their perception through training video. Recording the ABC technology and health education video. This study collected 24 UGY. The UGY underwent oral teaching and training video to learn ABC technology and health education. In addition, to understand UGY perceptions on the oral teaching and training video approach, the UGY were required to fill in a satisfaction survey and some questions. Form the satisfaction survey find scale of some items revealed significantly higher in using training video. Items such as "Is training video helpful for the learning?" (4.83±0.38 vs. 4.17±0.70,p < 0.001***), "Are you satisfied with this various?" (4.83±0.38 vs. 4.00±0.88,p < 0.001***), "Can I learn new knowledge through training video?" (4.75±0.53 vs. 4.29± 0.75,p < 0.001***), and "Are you satisfied with the clinical learning?" (4.79±0.41vs. 4.04±0.81,p <0.01***). The scale of some items didn't have significant different between the training video and oral training. Items such as "Is training video difficult for the learning?", and "Is it not specifically for learning?". Students claimed that training video could improve their learning efficiency, satisfaction, and interest. The training video enhances the integrity, consistency, and repeatability of ABC respiratory training and health education for the UGY. The training video is a useful and convenient training tool.
