社群網站使用強度及自我揭露對社會資本之研究

摘要

隨著網際網路的蓬勃發展，社群網站的使用亦逐漸融入日常生活中。許多社群網站使用者經常使用社群網站來聯繫過去好友並維護彼此關係，而在互動的過程中可以產生社會資本(social capital)，社會資本指的是我們接受到好處來自彼此互相產生關係;但是過去學者認為社群網站的使用會減少社會資本。因此本研究將去探討社會信任 (social trust)和自我揭露(self-disclosure)程度高低對社群網站使用強度的影響，並探討社群網站使用強度造成社會資本的影響。最後，本研究更進一步探討自尊(self-esteem)是否對於社群網站使用與社會資本之間產生的調節效果。本研究透過線上問卷針對最近一個月內有使用過社群網站的使用者進行受訪調查，共回收352份問卷，最後有效樣本為300份。本研究發現社會信任及自我揭露對社群網站使用強度皆有正向的影響，且自我揭露會正向影響社會信任；社群網站使用強度對於橋接型社會資本及結合型社會資本皆有正向影響。調節效果部分，自尊對社群網站使用強度和橋接型社會資本之間並沒有顯著影響。本研究的研究成果不僅提供未來學者進行社群網站相關研究時的參考依據，亦可以讓我們得知社群網站的使用不僅僅是與他人溝通與聯絡，從社會學的角度切入，則會發現人們在社群網站中互動所產生的社會資本，深深影響組織的運作。

With the rapid development of the Internet, the use of social networking sites is also increasingly integrated into everyday life. But in the past scholars believe that the use of social networking sites will reduce social capital. Therefore, this study will be to explore the impact between social trust, self-disclosure, the impact strength of the level of use of social networking sites and social capital. Finally, the moderating effect of self-esteem is also examined. A total of 352 valid questionnaires were collected. The results show that the use of social trust in the strength of social networking sites has a positive impact, while self-disclosure also has a positive impact on the community site, and self-disclosure will positively affect social trust. Another community site uses the strength of will positively affect social capital and bridging, and the use of social networking sites also resulted in a positive effect on the strength of binding social capital. Finally, the effect of partial regulation, self-esteem of this study and no significant effect on the intensity of use among community websites and bridging social capital.
