唐代北方糧食生產環境之變遷初探

摘要

自然環境是人類賴以生存的空間，在漫長的人類歷史時期裡，處在不斷的變化之中。這種在空間上、時間上的每一重大變化，都給人類社會帶來巨大影響。氣候變遷和生態平衡的破壞、戰爭等不良因素結合在一起，相互作用，造成了北方地區生態環境的惡性循環，氣候變遷是造成中國中古北方經濟衰落的原因之一。如再進一步看，那麼氣候變遷也是造成中國中古以後經濟重心逐漸南移的重要推力之一。水文環境由於受各種自然地理因素的影響，給農田水利的開發帶來各種不同的影響。水文環境及其變化影響了當地的水稻種植、糧食加工等等，自然環境自始至終都對人類糧食生產產生至深且巨的影響和制約。

The natural environment is humanity's livelihood space, in the long human history time, occupies during the unceasing change. This kind in spatial, time each tremendous change, gives the human society to bring the enormous influence. Otherwise, humanity's activity, is also affecting the periphery natural environment similarly. The climatic change and ecological equilibrium's destruction, the war and so on bad factor unifies in together, the interaction, has created the northern area ecological environment vicious circle, the climatic change is creates north the Chinese Middle Ages one of economic depression reasons. If further looked again, then the climatic change also creates one which of important thrust forces the China Middle Ages later the economical center of gravity gradually south will move. Because the hydrology environment each kind of physical geography factor's influence, brings for irrigation's and water conservation's development each kind of different influence. The hydrology environment and the change have affected local paddy rice planter, grain processing and so on, this fact proofs, humanity's grain life, is last-minute cannot be separated from certain natural environment condition, the natural environment produces from beginning to end to the humanity food production to deep and the great influence and the restriction.
