The goal of this article is to examine the cooperation of Anti-Drugs between China and Burma. In order to do this, we use the neorealism and neoliberal institutionalism to examine the cooperation relationship. We especially focus on the possibility of cooperation between nation states, international regime, and the prediction of cooperation relationship. First, this article reviews the theories about the cooperation issue. Secondly, the cooperation of anti-drugs between China and Burma are presented in the dimensions of causes of cooperation, regime of cooperation, the effects of cooperation, the loose of cooperation and challenges in the future. Finally, we analyze cooperation by neorealism and neoliberal institutionalism, their theoretical applications, difficulties, and present the challenges of cooperation of anti-drugs in the future.
