永久性血管通路之評估與照護
The Assessment and Care of Permanent Vascular Access

Hemodialysis can have a general and long-lasting impact on patient physiology and psychology. Each hemodialysis session means the patient must suffer pain from needle insertion. Careful assessment of access site and cannulation by skilled medical staff, proper self-care to reduce complications and expenditure of medical resources, joint care of vascular access and improving the quality of hemodialysis treatment will hopefully help to prolong patients' lives.
