中共軍事行動的法律戰思維之研析
A Study on the Thinking of Law War of Military Operation in the People's Republic of China

The People's Republic of China (PRC) is currently planning and developing the following areas, in order to expand its national sovereignty and interests. Namely, regarding PRC's frontier border, airspace, maritime area, outer space information and non-military related legal frame work. Such recent development is closely linked with the invigoration of war law and military law. PRC's goal is to become a world power on the basis of a strong military capability. The aim of PRC's development of military capability and law war are as follows. Firstly, to strength the training and utilization of the armed forces in military conflict, namely, the maneuverability in international law, with regard to air combat, naval rights expansion, protection of maritime resources, acquirement of electronic and spare war resources, and they will help in preparation in case of a national crisis.
