發展陸軍兵科學校後勤訓練關鍵要素之探討

A Study to Develop Key Factors on Logistics Training of Army Military Schools

摘要


整合德爾菲法與模糊推論系統,發展陸軍兵科學校後勤訓練系統架構。其中包含5項構面,與19項關鍵要素。運用模糊推論系統,探討構面與關鍵要素間關聯性分析,從中發掘可供量化的資訊,提供學校檢視當前訓練流程、訓練目標與訓練模式,藉此提升訓練的成效。本文藉由構面與關鍵要素的架構,可以提供學校承辦人全般了解後勤訓練流程。同時利用模糊推論以得到最低期望值。利用數據串連起訓練系統間關聯性。並且藉由圖像表達,更能清楚了解訓練系統模式。

This study was integrated the Delphi method with the fuzzy inference system to develop logistics training system architecture of the Army Military Schools. This architecture includes 5 criteria and 19 key factors. And then, this study used the fuzzy inference system to make relevant analysis between criteria and factors. This study can provide school staff to view the current training processes, training objective and training model. At same time, it can promote the training effectiveness.Through this paper, criteria and key factors of the architecture can provide school staff to understand the whole process of logistics training. At the same time the minimum expectations can be produced by using the fuzzy inference. The relevance of training system can be connected by using data. After using the graphics expression, school staff can more clearly understand the logistics training system.
