摘要

中國大陸的北斗衛星、探月計畫、載人太空船計畫、太空實驗室等太空發展不僅已進入先進國家之列，更積極朝向建立太空站及向外太空探索的方向發展。本文旨在以新自由制度主義觀點，從「相互依存」、「國際合作」、「國際建制」等理論，對於中國大陸太空計畫，如何避免因追求國家利益及太空權競爭等因素導致國際衝突，亦同時呼應「地球村」或「世界村」所期盼的為全人類生存與生活共同努力。

The development of China's ”Beidou Navigation Satellites”, lunar exploration project, human spaceflight project, and Skylab not only make China turn into one of the advanced countries, but also enhance its momentum toward the establishment of the space station and expansion of the outer space exploration. The purpose of this paper is, based on a view of neo-liberal institutionalism through theories of ”Interdependence,” ”International cooperation,” ”International regimes,” finding a way to avoid the international conflict during time when China is pursuing its national interests and competing with others for the space power. Moreover, this purpose also echoes the concept of ”global village” or ”world village” to reinforce our endeavors for people's survival and better life.
