Asymmetric military thinking includes major components as asymmetric strategy, warfare and operations. For the ROC Armed Forces, developing asymmetric military thinking is to meet the requirements of global developments, changing strategic environment, China's asymmetric threat and limited defense resources. Developing asymmetric military thinking can adopt warfare, operational, technological and psychological approaches. In practice, it could be realized in building better implementing environment, asymmetric force planning, proactive improving readiness and attacking enemy's weakness while avoiding its strength.
