國軍基層單位主官(管)對心理衛生工作滿意度研究

A Study on Satisfaction of Military Mental Health Service

摘要


本研究的目的在透過服務使用者滿意度的觀點來討論國軍心理衛生工作的實施效能。研究設計採調查研究法實施,研究樣本為國軍基層(連營)單位的主官(管);研究工具以自行設計之「國軍基層單位主官(管)對心理衛生工作滿意度調查問卷」作為資料蒐集的工具。樣本抽樣上,依各軍種人數比例隨機抽樣,於102年10月10日至11月10日間進行調查;總計回收問卷數為1,483份。本研究的主要發現如下:(一)主官(管)對國軍心理衛生工作的整體滿意度分數在「滿意」之上;(二)主官(管)對心衛工作中「新進人員輔導」、「自我傷害防治」、「領導統御」較為滿意;(三)「後備」單位主官(管)的滿意度最高;(四)主官(管)對「心理評量工具」的滿意度較低;(五)主官(管)年資愈高、單位階層愈高,滿意度較高;(六)單位(營區)內是否編制心輔人員在滿意度上沒有顯著的差異。

The aim of this study is to discuss the effectiveness of military mental service based on the idea of users' satisfaction. Quantitative data were collected from a proportionate sample of 1483 officers from armed forces basic units. The main discoveries of this research are: (1) the grade of total satisfaction to military mental health service is higher than "satisfied". (2) officers were more satisfied to "counsel for new staff", "self-mutilations prevention" and "leadership". (3) the "Tangibles" and "Responsiveness" of service quality affect service user's satisfaction. (4) officers were less satisfied with "Mental Evaluation Tools". (5) the higher the rank and unit level, the higher the satisfaction. (6) counselling officer's existence in unit did not have significant meaning.
