美容大專學生因應行爲與健康狀況之研究

本研究目的於探討某美容大專學生因應行爲及健康狀況相關性。研究對象爲某美容化妝品管理科系學生九十二學年度在籍的學生。針對各年級學生數採比例分層隨機取樣(pnoportional stratified sandom sampling)的方法，以結構式問卷調查進行研究，共計回收227份有效問卷。研究結果顯示：(1)美容科系學生在性別及抽煙與因應行爲有顯著性差異。在抽煙方面，有抽煙學生的問題導向平均值大於無煙學生；在性別方面，女性學生的情緒導向平均值大於男性學生。 (2)美容科系學生在性別、年齡及肥胖對健康狀況上的差異達顯著水準。在性別方面，女性學生的心理健康平均值大於男性學生。在肥胖方面，肥胖學生之身體健康、心理健康、社會健康之平均值都大於非肥胖學生。 (3)身體健康與心理健康、社會健康呈顯著性的正相關。心理健康與社會健康呈顯著性的正相關。問題導向方而呈現與情緒導向爲中心的因應行爲呈顯著性正相關。本研究結果得知，肥胖及抽煙爲對學生健康狀況影響最深的問題。研究結果針對美容課程、學生生涯規劃提出建言，以提供今後美容教育政策之參考。
