近來由於科技的進展,化妝品工業也開始注重多功能性、功效性及中草藥活性成分等技術之開發。因此,本論文利用快速且新穎的特殊萃取技術,應用於天然中草藥活性成分之萃取開發,萃取物經純化分離後得到高純度的活性成分,此為天然活性組合物,經由in vitro實驗證實,具有較對照組(BRA、BHT及給他命E)高之抑制DPPH自由基功效。另外,此組合物也顯示具有較維他命E優越的還原能力。在in vivo初步抗老臨床試驗中,將含有抗老化萃取液乳霜與安慰劑給予12位受試者進行為期4週、每日塗抹兩次約實驗,證實具有較對照組優越的抗老化功效。含抗老化萃取液之乳霜使用4週後可以增加皮膚的彈性19.3%。
As the improvement of technology, cosmetic industry has become focus on developing the technique in mutli-function, high efficacy and active ingredient from herbals Therefore, extractive technology was used to separate the active ingredients from natural products in this project. In the system, the final extract was further purified and the active fraction was collected. The in vitro antioxidant test of scavenging potency on the 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical and reducing power was investigated. It showed that the herbal extract processed higher scavenging activity on the DPPH free radical than synthetic antioxidants (BHT、BHA) and vitamin E. The herbal extract also showed excellent reducing power than vitamin E. The cosmetic creams used for in vivo anti-aging efficacy test contained placebo or herbal extract was applied twice daily for 4 weeks, and the efficacy of the herbal extract was better than placebo. The anti-aging cream can reduce the wrinkles and evenness of skin about 38.6% and 12.0%, respectively, and increase the elasticity of skin about 19.3%.
