Co Q10微脂粒經皮吸收之研究評估

Research on Transepidermal Absorption of Co Q10 Liposome

摘要


實驗主要探討不同配方之Co Q10微脂粒,利用粒徑分佈儀探討粒徑大小,利用靜態式擴散槽評及HPLC估活性成分穿透豬皮的經皮吸收。實驗結果顯示,微脂粒的粒徑會隨著磷脂質和膽固醇濃度的增加而變大,膽固醇加入微脂粒脂雙層,將有助於提升微脂粒脂雙層結構之硬度,承受更大之外在減應力而不至使得微脂粒粒子結構被破壞。在經皮吸收及皮膚過敏性評估方面,實驗結果以CO Q10微脂粒溶液,不論是否有添加膽固醇都比只有CO Q10溶液,更容易穿透角質層,而且各組配方經由皮膚過敏測試,均不會有皮膚過敏現象也不會對皮膚產生紅腫情形。

In this research, different Co Q10 liposomes formulations were discussed. Particle size was analyzed by particle size distributer and transepidermal absorption through pig skin was tested by static Franz diffusion cell and HPLC. The results showed liposomes size increases with higher concentration of phospholipids and cholesterol. The cholesterol added into liposomes double layer will increase the hardness of liposomes structure and make the liposomes structure more impact endurable. Concerning transepidermal absorption and skin allergy test, liposomes with or without cholesterol encapsulated Co Q10 showed better percutaneous effect than pure Co Q10. Each formulation showed no irritation by skin allergy patch test.
