Since ancient times, health and longevity have been the general expectation of all mankind. Huang Di Nei Jing, the earliest classic theoretical work of traditional Chinese medicine, is also regarded as the first TCM regimen work in China. This work offers theoretical grounds for TCM regimen practice and proposes the regimen principles and methods such as ”Yin/Yang outlook and harmony approach.” It not only contributes significantly to prosperity of the Chinese nation, but also attracts attention and concern from people and academic circles around the world.
