研究指出,多醣體具有抗癌、提升免疫力等,但對於抗疲勞作用尚未明瞭,因此本研究將探討多醣體萃取液對老化促進小鼠(senescence-accelerated mouse prone-8;SAMP8)運動機能之影響。實驗以9月齡SAMP8小鼠為對象,隨機分成控制組和多醣體添加組(低、中、高劑量),每組10隻,實驗為期4週。第0、1、2、4週執行運動測試(exercise program),運動測試期間記錄小鼠因疲勞而被電擊的次數。隨後犧牲動物,採集血液分析一般生化值、乳酸和葡萄糖含量。在運動測試結果,餵食中、高劑量多醣體萃取液組在實驗第2、4週被電擊次數顯著減少(p< 0.05);血液分析結果顯示,餵食多醣體萃取液中、高劑量組之血液乳酸含量顯著降低(p< 0.05)。綜合以上結果,添加多醣體萃取液有助於運動能力表現,降低運動後血液乳酸含量並改善疲勞。
Many studies have indicated that polysaccharides have anti-cancer, boost the immune system and so on, but for the anti-fatigue effect is not yet clear, therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of polysaccharides extracts on motor functions in senescence accelerated mice (SAMP8). Nine-month-old SAMP8 mice were randomly divided into four groups, each group contained 10 mice, including control group and polysaccharides extracts formula group (low dose, medium dose and high dose). The body weight, food intake and water consumption were measured every week. The exercise program was performed after trained 0, 1^(st), 2^(nd) and 4^(th) week by all groups. During exercise, the electric shock frequencies of exercise program were recorded. The blood glucose, lactate concentration and biochemical parameters of blood were analyzed after the mice were sacrificed. According to results of the exercise program, the retention frequencies of 2^(nd) week and 4^(th) week of medium dose and high dose groups were significantly lower than control group (p < 0.05). After running, blood lactate concentration of medium dose and high dose group were significantly lower than control group (p < 0.05). In summary, the supplement of polysaccharides extracts could increase capacity of exercise and decrease blood lactate concentration after exercise.
