多元配套運動計畫對體適能促進成效之探討

The Effects of Multi-promoting Prescription in the Functional Aerobic Fitness Program

摘要


本研究主要在探討以運動計畫介入對體適能促進與體型雕塑的影響效果。對象為女大學生,平均年齡21歲,實驗組56人經歷12週,每週至少3次等級二的中強度訓練與每天等級一的低強度活動達每週消耗約2000~2500仟卡的活動量;對照組50人只進行每週一次等級二之中強度運動訓練。資料分析:(一)以配對t-test檢定實驗組在體適能前後測發現在運動計畫介入與每週消耗約2000~2500仟卡的活動量執行下在心肺適能、肌肉適能、柔軟度及身體組成的體脂肪及腰臀圍比皆達顯著差異(p<0.05),顯示執行此運動計畫在體適能促進及體型雕塑上的良好效果。(二)以前測值為共變項之共變數分析比較運動計畫介入成效時發現實驗組在心肺適能、肌肉適能(p<0.05)及身體組成(含腰圍、臀圍、脂肪重及體脂肪比)明顯達顯著差異(p<0.05),且在實驗組的調節後之平均數皆優於對照組,顯示運動計畫的介入對體適能促進及體型雕塑的成效。

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of exercise intervention on both fitness promoting and body design. One hundred and six college females were assigned into experimental and control groups. The experimental group, which consisted of 56 subjects, participated in a program of 12 weeks exercise intervention. The intervention program included moderate-to-vigorous exercise training with at least three times a week and low intensity exercise with 2000-2500kcal energy expenditure per day. The control group, which consisted of 50 subjects, had moderate-to-vigorous exercise training with only once a week. Data analyses included paired-t test and analysis of covariance. The results showed that after exercise intervention, cardio-respiratory fitness, muscle fitness, flexibility, and body composition significantly better than those of the post-test in experimental group. In addition, cardio-respiratory fitness, muscle fitness, and body composition (waist circumference, hip circumference, body fatness, and percentage of body fatness) of the post-test in experimental group was significantly better than that of the post-test in control group after controlling for pre-test of both groups.
