面對面狀態下聽者的資訊取得策略

Listener Communication Strategies in Direct Contact Situations

摘要


至目前為止,在日語學習人士之講通策略的研究上,以有關於將學習人士視為發言者而使用的策略為主。但橫須賀氏在問題處理上,指出作為資訊承接對象之傾聽者之作用的重要性,並進行了有關學習人士任務下資訊取得時策略運用的研究。在這個研究當中,對學習人士為取得必須的資訊而採用之各式各樣的策略進行了觀察。但僅限於非面對面狀態的資訊取得,有關面對面狀態的資訊取得策略則不得而知。因此,本研究便對面對面狀態下資訊取得時的策略進行分析與考察。將所使用的策略依聽解過程的階段分類為「反問」、「答覆」及「再次詢問」,並分別對其使用狀況進行分析。結果,在「再次詢問」的使用頻率上,面對面狀態比非面對面狀態來得高,此外,歸類為「答覆」策略的「附和」與「確認」的使用頻率,面對面狀態非面對面狀態則是呈現逆轉的局面。

Recent studies of Japanese Language Learners' Communication Strategies have focused on the speaker's strategies. But Yokosuka, emphasizing importance of listener as the Information Receiver, examined Listener's strategies to gather necessary information. Her study shows many kind of the listener's strategies. But this study is focused on indirect contact situations, did not apply of direct contact situations. I focus on direct contact situations and examine listener communication strategies to gain information. The strategy is divided into three categories, requests for clarification, respond and question. It is concluded that the frequency of use of Question strategy in direct contact situations is higher than indirect situations. It also finds that the frequency of use of back-channeling and confirmation is lower than indirect contact situations.
