影響高職畢業生選擇學校因素之研究

摘要

近年來教育環境快速變化，國內的高等教育市場正面臨前所未見之挑戰。在供給大於需求、競爭激烈的大學教育市場下，如何爭取學生來源是多數學校必需面對的存亡課題。然而，學生本身對於選擇升學學校的想法如何？本文旨在利用層級分析法(AHP)建立評估架構，來分析高職畢業生升學選擇之因素，以及這些影響因素的權重及優先順序。本文之研究結果可提供學校端在招生策略規劃上之參考。

The education environment has varied rapidly in these years, domestic college/university market is facing intense college. Under the over-supply market and high competition situation, how to attract and recruit students is the urgent issue for most schools. However, what is the student's viewpoint about the school selection? The main purpose of this paper is to apply Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to establish an evaluation model to analysis the determinants of school selection for the vocational high school graduate and the weight and priority among these determinants. The result of this paper could provide the suggestion on the ploy of attracting and recruit students for schools.
