台灣太陽能產業之績效評估－兩階段資料包絡分析之應用

摘要

太陽能產業為綠能產業的重要一環，本文探討2010至2013年台灣15家上市櫃太陽能光電產業公司之經營效率表現。本研究採用二階段資料包絡分析法分別按企業的獲利能力與市場能力做二階段分析，除採用資料包絡分析法進行靜態的經營效率分析之外，同時採用管理決策矩陣來擬定競爭策略以供決策當局參考，另並引進具有動態分析能力的麥氏生產力指數，探究台灣各公司從2010至2013年經營效率與生產力之分析。本研究結果可以作為其他太陽能相關產業或政府機構參考，提升台灣太陽能產業發展。

Solar energy industry is an important industry for long-term renewable energy development. The purpose of this study is to measure the relative efficiency of 15 publicly traded solar energy equipment manufacturers in Taiwan with data from 2010-2013. In this study we applied two stage data envelopment analysis approach to explore the profitability and marketability efficiency of 15 solar energy companies. In addition, the decision-making matrix is applied hereafter to provide further insights about the operational weaknesses, necessary improvement directions. We also utilizes Malmquist productivity index to analyze overall total factor production change from 2010 to 2013 and furthermore propose the managerial decision-making matrix to provide suggestions in order for managers to improve their operation performance.
