督導中重要事件內涵之分析研究

摘要

本研究主要是探討督導中，受督導者所感受到的重要事件及其內涵，主要是採重要事件報導法設計，來收集受督導者在督導過程中感受到的重要事件，然後以內容分析法來分析。研究結果共收集111個重要事件，依其內容可分成14類不同的重要事件，再依受督導者的感受反應，分成普遍性的正向事件、普通型的正向事件、未定型事件和典型負向事件等四種不同影響程度的重要事件。研究者同時也探討這14類重要事件想法、感受等內涵，最後並根據上述發現，提出建議。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the critical incidents of individual supervision from the perception of five supervisees. In order to achieve the study purpose above, critical incidents-report technique and the content analysis method are used to collect data and analyze. In the results show 111 critical incidents. They can be categorized by contexts into 14 different types. They also can be categorized by effects of critical incidents into four different attributes. They are general positive events, common positive events, undetermined events and typical negative events.
