本研究目的在藉由探究國內兒童憂鬱症狀之研究結果,以提供社區諮商輔導機構或臨床心理實務上之應用。研究乃透過焦點訪談精神科醫師、臨床心理師、憂鬱個案之老師及其家長各4名共計16名,透過紮根理論分析國內兒童憂鬱的主要症狀,並以修正式德懷術彙整意見。本研究之研究結果如下國內兒童憂鬱症狀分別依認知想法、行為、情緒及生理四個層面歸類,共有39個臨床症狀。在認知想法方面的症狀群有:失去興趣、無價值感、低自我概念、自殺想法、悲觀、無助、無望、自責、記憶能力減退、難做決定及專注能力減退,共11項。在行為方面的症狀群有:疲倦、哭泣、缺乏活力、少話語、拒學、人際關係不好、學業成就低落、外顯行為、自傷、交待的事情無法完成、品行問題、退化行為和活動量減低,共13項。在情緒方面的症狀群有:憂鬱心情、悲傷難過、無精打采、悶悶不樂、煩躁不安、易怒、情緒不穩、意志消沉、焦慮及沮喪,共10項。在生理方面的症狀群有:失眠或嗜睡、食慾改變、身體症狀抱怨、心理動作遲滯或激動及體重減輕,共5項。本研究根據研究結果與討論,提出建議及對未來研究提出進一步具體建議,供社區諮商輔導機構或人員參酌。
The purpose of this study was to explore the result of the clinical depressive symptoms, about domestic children depression issue, which could provide elementary school, and community counseling & guidance institution for practical application. This study was carried out by the focusing interviews to the groups, including psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, outpatients' counselors and parents. Each group had 4 persons. The total number of the participant was 16. Grounded theory was used to analyze the symptoms of domestic children suffering from depression; Modified Delphi Method compiled comments. The result was in accordance with cognition, behavior, emotion and physiology, there were 39 clinical symptoms in domestic children depression. This study, based on the result of study and discussion, and addressing suggestions, provided the references for the counselors in elementary school and community counseling institutions for practical application.
