本研究主要目的為(一)了解青少年自覺憂鬱情緒的分布情形。(二)分析不同健康行為在自覺憂鬱情緒之差異。研究採橫斷面調查法,於94年7-8月對桃園縣、新竹縣、苗栗縣、台中縣市、南投縣市、彰化縣市與雲林縣高中職大專生以方便取樣得可分析樣本1,938人進行憂鬱與健康行為之問 卷調查,問卷經過專家效度、內部一致性信度檢測(Cronbach α=.90)。結果為:(一)30.5%的青少年有憂鬱的情形。(二)每週沒有固定吃早餐甚至沒吃、每天三餐較不固定、較少攝取富含纖維食物、很少選擇清淡不油膩食物、每週進食速食次數三次以上、每日睡眠不足7-8小時者、吸菸者、有喝酒者憂鬱之比率明顯較高。由以上結果建議學校與家長都應加強學生健康飲食技巧、有效時間管理技巧,避免睡眠不足,另外加強拒菸、拒酒與運動的習慣。
The purpose of this research is (1) to understand the condition of depression in adolescent (2) to analysis the differences of healthy behavior and depression. July to October in 2005, cross-sectional study was conducted in middle Taiwan. Convenience sampling was used and 1,983 subjects' healthy behavior and depression data was collected. The questionnaire was valid and reliable (Cronbach α=.90). Results: (1) 30.5% depression mood in adolescent. (2) there are no the habit of eating breakfast even no eat every week, no aptotic habit in every meal, ingest little fiber, more choose of fat food, eat three times or more fasting food, no sufficient sleep hours (<7-8hrs), have smoking and alcohol, have the high prevalence of depression. From this results, researcher suggest school and parents should improve adolescent student about healthy diet, effective time management and avoiding insufficient sleep, furthermore, enhance the skill of refusing smoking and alcohol.
