摘要


本文的目的在探討某私立專科學校領導者對其校務行政業務的發展規畫,研究方法採用行動研究法,強調系統性思維之成長型組織文化。研究對象為該校一級單位領導者,依據學校辦校宗旨、校務發展,由其擔任的行政業務,在100學期主管會議中提出發展規畫、經討論、執行、再討論的行動研究循環過程。結果呈現各行政部門發展規畫系統圖,結果可作為促進成長型的組織文化、推動系統性思維的校務發展,及領導者統合理念、策略及執行的指引,希望能將個人及校務的成長划向深處。

The purpose of this study is to explore the school development of leaders with systematic thought in a college school, to concentrate the developing plan of related administrative departments. Action research was applied. Research subjects included first-line administrative leaders. Based on school's purpose and objectives, at the leaders' weekly meeting on the 2nd of 101 academic year, each developing plan of leaders was through the research cycle process of present, discussion, action and discussion. Results demonstrate the developmental systematic map of each administrative departments which could be the major reference for the depth of following projects and advices of schools, and, for personal life.
