The paper aims to analyze the learning effect of incorporating career development course with the simulation of advanced education and job-seeking situations. The study adopts document analysis of qualitative research and interview, in addition to analyze research data based on CIPP evaluation models. The research objects comprise data taken through purposive sampling, including students from the cosmetics application and administration department from one vocational school in northern Taiwan, judges conducting admission interview for two-year junior college, and supervisors in charge of job-seeking interview, which data are used to analyze the learning effect of students in career development. The research suggests the career development course should be arranged before the internship course, which can be incorporated with career exploration and figure interview to build the career image for students. The faculty can simulate interview for job-seeking scenarios through collaboration. With regards to environment, students can explore the career through VR integrated career workplace.
