藥事人員繼續教育的需要性

摘要

提供常規在職藥學繼續教育是確保昇藥事服務品質之基礎。衛生署於今年（92.4.15）公告「全民健康保險特約醫事服務機構藥事人員繼續教育認為要點」修正草案。在課程內容及講師資格部份，對現行條文作修正。台北市衛生局今年提出市立醫院重新定位、全面改造方案，逐年縮減市立醫院，公務預算補助，以求達到自給自足的目標。本院（台北市立仁愛醫院）藥劑科結合臺北市藥劑生公會，依據衛生署新修正之藥事人員繼續教育草案，共同辦理藥事人員繼續教育課程，以最少經費及最小人力完成市醫及台北市藥劑生公會之年度藥事人員繼續教育課程，並達到學員百分之八十五以上之滿意度。在市立醫院面臨經費緊縮，藥事人力不足之狀況下，尋求與藥事職業公會團體合作，共同辦理藥人員繼續教育課程應為追求提昇藥事服務品質之良好策略。

A regular on-the job continuing education for pharmacists is important to the quality of pharmaceutical services. In April 2003, the department of Health amended the program content and lecturer certification process for continuing education program for pharmacists. The Department of health Taipei City Government proposed that all municipal hospitals restructure and reduce costs to achieve self-sufficiency. The Department of Pharmacy of Taipei Municipal Jen-Ai Hospital has worked together with Taipei Pharmacist’s Assistants’ Association to implement annual continuing education programs for pharmacists which emphasize the need to meet the new requirement for self-sufficiency. Despite these constraints, more than 85 percent of participants had expressed satisfaction with the program. These results suggest that the program is achieving its purpose of increasing the quality of pharmaceutical services. (Full text in Chinese)
