Pleomorphic adenoma is the commonest benign neoplasm in salivary glands, but is a rare curiosity in nasal cavity. A 41-year-old male patient presented with right-sided nasal stuffiness and frequent nasal bleeding for one year. An oval, firm, and broadbased mass was identified in the anterior caudal part of right nasal septal Little's area. After the 2.0×1.5×1.5 cm mass was excised, the pathologic study revealed pleomorphic adenoma. Postoperatively, the preoperative symptoms subsided. He has been followed for over two years, and there was no evidence of neoplasm recurrence.
