臺北市職場健康促進計畫:現況與需求調查

Workplace Health Promotion Program in Taipei: an Investigation of Current Status and Need

摘要


目的:探討推行職場健康促進計畫之現況與需求。方法:以曾參加台北市健康職場評核之職場共147家,依規模家數與員工人數比例抽取員工、主管、承辦人共1507人,以自編問卷進行資料蒐集。結果:約八成的職場主管有「宣告健康促進理念」及制定「明確的政策計畫」;承辦人對於行政資源獲得有50%~75%的滿意度,主要來自於「公司高層的支持」,推行計畫時主要障礙為「工作繁忙沒空推動」。多數員工肯定健康促進計畫對自我健康行為及工作效益提升的成效,其中以改善自覺「人際互動」的改變最多,而「請假缺勤次數減少」的效益最低;無法參與活動主要理由為「時間無法配合」及「工作負擔大」。結論:不論承辦人、主管或員工對職場健康促進的效益都持相當肯定態度,可做為日後推行職場健康促進計畫有力的實據。

Objective: To investigate current status and demands of the worksite health promotion programs in Taipei's worksites. Methods: Designing questionnaires for 1507 people including employees, managers, and promoters in the ratio of numbers of staffs among 147 companies which have been verified as Healthpromoting Workplace of Taipei. Results: 1.About 80% of managers have declared conceptions of health promotion and formulated explicit plans for it. 2.50% to 75% of the promoters expressed the satisfaction from the support of the executive managers. The main satisfaction was from ”the support from the high level of the company” and main obstruction for promoting the programs was ”there is no time to promote the programs due to the busy work”. 3. Most of employees believed that health promotion programs can promote their health behaviors and improve work efficiency. Employee felt the most improving thing is ”interpersonal relationship”, however, the least effective thing was ”lessening times of absense”. The main reasons that they were unable to participate in the activities are ”lack of time” and ”too much burden with their work”. Conclusions: The promoters, employers, and employees all provided positive feedbacks with regarding to the worksite health promotion programs, and the results can be used and cited to support the worksite health promotion programs.
