妊娠期營養攝取之網路健康資訊系統滿意度評估

Assessment of a Web-based Health Information System on Nutrition Intake during Pregnancy

摘要


目的:本研究主要目的為針對在職班學生對於妊娠期營養攝取及熱量控制之資訊網站內容的評估。方法:問卷收集以EXCEL記錄,研究問卷發放200份,有效問卷回收為138份,有效樣本回收率為69%。資料分析以針對站進行畫面、內容與整體性滿意度為主,使用SPSS軟體進行分析,資料分析採描述性統計、t檢定與單因子變異數分析。結果:以系統功能面的「營養素」、「小遊戲」、與「留言板」三項功能有顯著的差異,其餘功能並無明顯的差異結果。以畫面設計面的「文字說明」上有顯著的差異。整體評估面「我認為此網站能引起對學習熱量控制的動機與興趣」此功能有顯著的差異。結論:本研究網站目前是以妊娠期攝取營養與熱量控制之相關資料為主,至此獲得良好回應,未來希望能將飲食、運動、休閒做結合,以此方便使用者做所需資料的查詢及建立一具有指導價值之網站。

Objectives: The purpose of this research was to evaluate the effect on students of a website targeting on-the-job individuals who are pregnant. Methods: A total of 138 students participated in this study (effective response rate 69%). The dataset was recorded using Microsoft Excel, and analyzed by SPSS. Fundamental statistics, including basic descriptive statistics and essential background information, was assessed by t-test and one-way ANOVA. Results: Among the valid sample, in terms of system function, the areas covering nutrition, games and the message board showed significant differences. In addition, changes in layout and wording also made a significant difference. Finally, the study motivation and interests also showed significant differences. Conclusion: At the moment, we have integrated relative nutrition ingestion and calorie control information into the website and found that these show a good response. In the future, we intend to develop a more complete website that includes diets, exercises, and leisure. This is aimed at helping users to fulfill appropriate health guideline.
