摘要

目的：探討女性外籍勞工其焦慮症狀之影響因子以及身心疾病分布狀況。方法：以回溯性資料分析，2009 年共65 人轉介至本院外籍勞工特別門診，由專科醫師進一步確認診斷並提供必要之醫療服務。針對其中63 位女性外籍勞工，分析其工作性質與焦慮狀態之相關性，以描述性、卡方與邏輯式回歸進行統計分析。結果：本研究之女性外籍勞工年齡介於23 至51 歲之間，其平均年齡為33.31 +/-5.90 歲，屬於青壯年齡層，有過半數女性外籍勞工（58.7%）有臨床上之骨骼關節疾病表徵，而勞工年齡超過35 歲者，與焦慮狀態有顯著相關性。結論：女性外籍勞工焦慮症狀之眾多影響因子中，工作性質為一重要影響因子。

Objective: To investigate the influence factors of anxiety and distribution of physical/psychological illness for female foreign labors in Taiwan. Methods: We retrospectively collected medical information from 65 female foreign labors who were referred to the Taipei City Hospital outpatient department for medical services provided by specialists. Descriptive, chi-square and logical regression were used to analyze the correlation between nature of work and anxiety states in the enrolled participants. Results: The range of age of the female foreign labors was from 23 to 51 years with an average of 33.31 +/- 5.90 years. Most of them were at the young adult age level. Totally, 58.7 % of them had clinical bone or joint disease manifestations. And those who were older than 35 years had significant higher level of anxiety state. Conclusion: The nature of work in these female foreign labors has significant impact on the anxiety state level in this study.
