因應COVID-19社區護理的轉型及創新

Transformation and Innovation of Community Nursing in Response to COVID-19

摘要


目的:探討COVID-19對社區護理辦理健康宣導活動的影響,面對疫情的轉型與創新作為。方法:收集臺北市立聯合醫院7個院區2017至2019年及2020年1-4月社區健康宣導活動執行成果,包括傳染病、戒菸、急救訓練等,進行描述性統計分析。結果:疫情前,歷年完成率(實際執行場次/目標場次)高達154%-182%;疫情後,2019年及2020年1-4月完成率由平均41.65%降至23.44%。因應疫情提供社區民眾影片宣導、視訊直播、臉書及通訊軟體等創新作為,占年度總宣導場次49.4%(43/87),校園關懷部分辦理了29場,增加電話關懷3場。結論:社區護理師因應疫情,建立社區護理標準作業和流程,運用科技資訊方式取代群聚活動,疫情期間舉辦合宜的社區與校園活動方式,提供民眾多元的健康促進作為。

Purpose: We explored the effects of the COVID-19 epidemic on health promotion activities of community nursing and investigated the transformative innovations under the epidemic. Method: We collected the outcomes of the community health promotion activities on infectious diseases, smoking cessation, and first-aid training held between January and April in 2019 and 2020 in seven branches of the Taipei City Hospital. Result: The completion rate in the past years before the COVID-19 epidemic was 154%-182% (exact session/ expected session); the completion rate in 2019 and January-April 2020 dropped from an average of 41.65% to 23.44%. In response to the epidemic, the community health department nurses provided video promotion, live video broadcasting, information on Facebook and communication software, and other innovative acts, accounting for 49.4% (43/87) of the total annual publicity campaigns. Besides, 29 sessions of campus care, including three telecommunication care sessions, were conducted. Conclusion: The community nurses established standard operations and flows in response to the epidemic, substituted assembly by information technology to provide diverse and convenient community and campus activities for health promotion.
