摘要

藥癮者復發風險預測的探討已成爲現今犯罪學研究的領域之一。瞭解藥癮者復發風險因素對藥癮處遇機構（如戒治所）是十分重要的。本文探討藥癮者復發風險因素的特性、風險因素與復發的關連性、風險因素對復發的預測力。研究發現「證照或專長」、「幫派情況」、「家人接見情況」、「入所前藥友往來」、「婚姻情況」、「酒癮」、「前科」、「自我效能量表」、「混用藥物經驗」等九項風險因素與復發具有顯著相關。「幫派情況」、「混用藥物經驗」、「施用藥物時問」、「家人接見情況」等四變項則是具有預測力的復發風險因素。
本文最後建議藥癮處遇機構（如戒治所）應針對藥癮個案之復發風險因素進行妥適的處遇。未來研究方向則可廣納各種動態與靜態的風險變項，並進一步瞭解風險變項對復發的影響力及解釋力。

The discussion of drug-addicts' relapse prediction of risk factors has already become one of the fields of criminological studies. It is very important for treatment centers to understand drug-addicts' risk factors for relapse .This study probes into the characteristics of drug-addicts' risk factors for relapse, the relation between risk factors and relapse, relapse prediction of risk factors. There are significant relations between relapse and nine risk factors, ”the certificates or specialties”, ”the gang's involvement”, ”the situation of the family meeting”, ”the meeting of the previous addictive friends”, ”marriage status”, ”alcoholism”, ”previous convictions”, ”self-efficacy questionnaire”, ”experience of using multiple drugs”. Four of which are predictable for relapse namely. This study proposes that drug addiction treatment centers should plan individual addict's treatment strategy according to the risk factors. Future study can involve as many dynamic and static risk factors as possible to understand the influence and explanation of risk factors for relapse.
