Drug abusers are often described as passive, irrational and victims of their surroundings. The current study explores the social capital that essential from drug abusers become user-dealers. The analysis is based on the concept of 'dark side of social capital', to exam the trust, norms of reciprocity and network structure of young user-dealers' drug cartel. Data are draw from fieldwork observation from December 2009 to June 2011. Semi-structured interviews are also conducted with 20 young user-dealers within the study period. The study unravels the values and norms of young user-dealers' drug cartel assist to form trust and reciprocity between the members of young user-dealers' drug cartel. Young user-dealers' drug cartel also can develop bonding social capital and bridging social capital.
