摘要

濫藥者常被視為被動，不理性和生活環境的受害者。本研究目的是了解從青年濫藥者成為濫藥毒販所需要的社會資本，並引用「社會資本黑暗面」的概念，分析青年濫藥毒販組羣中信任、互惠規範和網絡結構的問題。於2009年12月開始至2011年6月期間，研究透過田野觀察及半結構化訪談，搜集了二十名青年濫藥毒販的數據。發現青年濫藥販毒組織的價值和規範，令組織成員建立信任、互利，並得以發展其聯繫社會資本（Bonding Social Capital）及連結社會資本（Bridging Social Capital）。

Drug abusers are often described as passive, irrational and victims of their surroundings. The current study explores the social capital that essential from drug abusers become user-dealers. The analysis is based on the concept of 'dark side of social capital', to exam the trust, norms of reciprocity and network structure of young user-dealers' drug cartel. Data are draw from fieldwork observation from December 2009 to June 2011. Semi-structured interviews are also conducted with 20 young user-dealers within the study period. The study unravels the values and norms of young user-dealers' drug cartel assist to form trust and reciprocity between the members of young user-dealers' drug cartel. Young user-dealers' drug cartel also can develop bonding social capital and bridging social capital.
