展覽空間再利用規劃-以2010臺北國際花卉博覽會為例

摘要


現代會展產業日益重視展覽空間再利用規劃,以符環境、經濟效益與永續發展原則;本文條針對2010「臺北國際花卉博覽會展館」之永續經營,以問卷調查法、半結構式訪談法、個案研究法為資料蒐集方法,對於周邊店家、民眾、公部門等意見進行歸納整理,分別就:再利用與周邊環境相容性、整體都市發展的結合、成效與配合措施、再利用策略等向度探討,研提公部門採用主動策略多方宣導花博公園之後續利用方式、政策的實行應納入居民參與、將花博後續規劃放入長遠都市計畫中詳細制定、場館經營應有整合性等具體規劃之建議,作為後續政府辦理國際大型會展展館空間再利用之參考。

Nowadays in 21st century of innovation, the technology progresses as well as the information expresses rapidly. To enhance the basic structure and to eliminate the rural-urban divide are common goals of most countries, and even more to achieve a globalized development in order to connect to other countries worldwide. MICE industry is the core factor of city property. Accompanied with the globalization in economy, information and culture, keen competitions from the world come to Taiwan. MICE industry has increasing importance in Taiwan in the aim of getting involved into the world trend and development opportunity. 2010 Taipei expo ended successfully in April 2011, which was the first international profession exposition in Taiwan and was applied from Taipei City to AIPH (The International Association of Horticultural Producers). However a large-scale exposition needs plan with comprehensiveness because it requires amounts of manpower and resource as well as extensive area of land. Well-evaluated usage of the exposition will enhance the efficiency of city space use and the image of nation. Until now, the arrangement plan of exposition buildings exceeds towards sustainable use. Thus, it's a highlight issue to sufficiently use the value of the exposition. This research is based on the case of 2010 Taipei expo. Data were assembled through questionnaire survey, semi-structured interview, and case study method. The participants in this study were divided into inhabitants and authorities. This study examined the practical operation of the government comparing with the original plan by sorting conclusion of comments.
