具備互動與社群功能之雲端運動系統研究

摘要


維持良好的運動習慣是促進維持健康相當經濟有效之方式,如何藉由資通訊技術之協助提供人們維持運動習慣並提供足夠之運動動機是重要的課題。為達到有效的運動紀錄與管理,目前各種健身器材除了原有之運動功能外,開始陸續增加多樣的感測器以及加入微處理機甚至網路連線之功能,以提供更服務多樣化之服務。但對於長者而言,運動除了提升體能之外,與其他人之互動是相當重要的一個因素,如何藉由資通訊整合雲端服務之協助提供使用者更便利及更有趣之運動氛圍是相當多運動器材生產商有興趣之議題。本論文提出一整合社群互動、雲端服務及運動設備整合之完整系統,同時藉由RFID等可攜式裝置便利使用者之個人資訊運用及系統裝置管理,藉由先進資通訊技術整合使用者及運動器材,提供運動者隨時了解自身的運動狀況並提升與他人之社群關係以激勵運動之動機。本系統除已經應用於各大健身中心外,未來將對於台灣銀髮族所開設之社區照護點進行推廣,提供老人走入社區、與人群互動更多之動機,以協助我國銀髮族健康在地老化。

Maintaining good exercise habits is an efficient way to improve body health, using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can provide sufficient motivation data to help people maintain exercise habits. In order to efficiently manage the record of sports, a variety of fitness equipment began to increase variety of sensors and the ability of network connection to provide a more diverse with the service. For the elderly, interact with the other person is a more important than establishing exercise habits. How to provide a more convenient and fun features to user from ICT is an interesting topic for sports equipment manufacturers. This paper presents a complete system integration of community interaction, cloud services and integration of sports equipment and use RFID and other portable devices to improve the user experience of user and system manager. Apply more advanced ICT technology to integrate users and sport equipment, the user can survey itself vital data during sport. Those data can approach the relationship between users on the community to keep good exercise habit. This system has been used in various fitness centers and will be promoted in the community care point in Taiwan for senior citizens. Using this cloud service can making the elderly more interested in the interaction with the people to help our senior healthy aging in place.
