摘要

臺灣原住民部落基本設施不足、產業經營落後，年產量與產品品質穩定，致產業發展遲緩，產生若干問題，影響原住民生活至巨，故應推動原住民部落產業發展，以增進原鄉建設，改善原住民生活。
本論文係就臺灣原住民部落產業發展之概況、遭遇問題、策略、目標、重點，予以敍述；並運用SWOT及融會貫通法之分析提出具體建議。

Taiwan's indigenous tribes are susceptible to problems of insufficient infrastructures, lagging industrial operation, and unstable annual yield and unsteady quality. These problems retards the industrial development and give rise to urgent issues that has an aggravating effect on indigenous people's life.
Through literature review the present paper aims to delve into the issues concerning general conditions, eminent problems, strategy, goal, and focal points over the industrial development of Taiwan's indigenous tribes. the present paper further conductes a SWOT analysis and makes concrete suggestions in hopes of helping indigenous tribes promote their industrial development and upgrade their living standards.
