音樂賞析融入護理健康大學通識教育之實踐

Placing Music Appreciation into General Education in National Taipei University of Nursing and Health Sciences

摘要


相較於歐美國家,藝文風氣本就不甚興盛的臺灣,學生們因長年封閉填鴨式的升學制度而飽受摧殘,缺乏人文藝術的灌溉,無暇提升自我獨立思考能力。若以藝術紓壓,也易因無人引導而侷限於某種面向,或無法真正了解其內涵,實屬可惜。音樂是一門奧妙的學問,卻也是生活中最易取得的慰藉,很少有人不喜愛音樂的。然而,若因功利主義的社會風氣,而錯失認識這樣對身心靈皆有益處的藝術,是筆者感到十分可惜的。本課程的設計,以音樂為主軸,針對北護大護理、健康相關科系,面對專業科目與實習造成的緊繃與壓力,希望藉由音樂的賞析、體驗與創作等實踐,開創音樂教育與療癒的新風貌,學會自醫與自我照護的概念,運用在學習、職場與生活各種面向,共同迎向充滿希望的健康生涯。

The culture and literature of arts is not very popular in Taiwan compared with Europe and the United States. Students in Taiwan have been stucked with cram-schools for many years, making them have no time to improve the ability on critical thinking by lack of the cultivation of humanities and arts. It is a pity art is used to relieve pressure, which maybe limited to a certain aspect, and could not be understood its meaning deeply because no one guides it. Music is a mysterious science, while it is the easiest method to comfort ourselves in life. Few people do not like music. However, The author think it is a shame that people miss the art, which is beneficial to both body and soul because of the social atmosphere of utilitarianism. The design of this course centers around music and is designed for nursing and health-related departments in National Taipei University of Nursing and Health Sciences. Students create new horizons of music art therapy learning the method of adjusting and caring themselves as they face the tension and pressure coming from professional subjects and internships, applying it to various aspects, such as learning, workplace, and life to greet health career full of hope.
