農村旅遊地審美環境營造之探討

摘要

農村旅遊發展目標的重點在於希望農村能在原有一、二級產業經營基礎上，藉由三級遊憩服務經營形態的導入，使農村環境因具備遊憩功能之提供，能吸引遊客前往體驗與消費，並希望藉此之發展過程使台灣目前農村面臨之經濟、環境及社會困境能獲得疏解與再生永續之契機。農村豐富多元性的環境與文化內容是農村旅遊發展之核心資源所在，然而如何有效整合農村在地資源，並進而規劃營造出一個能使人感受到的「有機」特質農村環境與其獨具之旅遊吸引力，則是台灣目前農業旅遊發展首應重視之課題。
「美」的追求是旅遊活動的必然動機與實踐所需，因而農村做爲旅遊之載體，應強調於農村自身多元美學形態內涵之經營能與遊客及住民審美理想融合共構的實現。本文以審美觀點爲基礎，將農村資源做其審美領域型態之歸類對應，進而從台灣農村環境的變遷，探討現階段農村旅遊地環境美發展之主要關鍵課題，最終則以審美學觀點爲主，提出農村旅遊地環境美營造之架構流程。期盼本文能有助於台灣農村旅遊地發展之理論與實務參考。

Rural tourism development is expected to attract people to consume and experience in the countryside destinations by the supply of abundant countryside resources with the tourism and recreation functions. Nowadays, the rural environmental deterioration and socio-economical depression are the main struggling issues to be resolved. Thus, the reconstruction of Taiwan rural areas may be constructed and have a chance for sustainable development by the rural tourism development.
Obviously, diversity of environment and culture of countryside areas are the key resources for developing rural tourism. However, how to integrate countryside resources effectively and construct a specific rural tourism destination with attractive characteristics are the main issues which should be noticed in the development of Taiwan rural tourism.
Pursuit of aesthetic experience is the necessary incentives and actions of tourism activities. Thus, rural tourism destination as a place which tourism activity take place, integration of various aesthetic types of resource management and different aesthetic visions of tourists and local residents should be stressed and focused. Discussion content of this study is based on the view of aesthetics. Firstly, countryside resources are categorized into three general aesthetic types. Then, the key environmental aesthetic issues of present rural tourism development are presented from the changing process of Taiwan rural areas. Finally, from the view of aesthetics, a suggested flowchart of aesthetic environment construction of rural tourism destination is provided.
