In this study, we selected different types of cases during the design or construction phase and executed engineering quality counseling. After collecting expert opinions and analyzing problems, we proposed the original design or construction issues, and reviewed the facility status after completion and acceptance. Then be classified and examined by the facility category of reference diagram on rural regeneration facility. The results showed that the key factors of construction quality in the case study mainly included that the design results didn't match the demand, the construction wasn't rigorous and lacked management and maintenance. This study suggests that we should carefully review the design elements in the budget book design phase and strict to check on inspection stopover. In addition, community residents or organizations can play the role of taskmasters and maintenance managers to improve quality and the useful life of public facilities.
