Employee personality traits are important issue in service Industry. This study explored the relationships between conscientiousness, neuroticism and job performance. In addition, we focused on the mediating effect of positive moods and negative moods. Data was collected from 250 participants. The results of the findings showed that a positive relationships between conscientiousness and job performance. We also found that a negative relationships between neuroticism and job performance. Moreover, positive moods and negative moods mediated the relationship between Employee personality traits and job performance. Finally, we discussed the theoretical and practical implications of our findings. We also proposed several directions for future research.
