不同栽植株距對胡麻(Sesamum indicum L.)產量、木酚素及含油量之影響

Effects of Different Plant Spacings on the Seed Yield, Lignans and Oil Contents of Sesame (Sesamum indicum L.)

摘要


本研究以臺灣現行胡麻栽培品種「台南1號」與收集系「e-26」雜交後選出的四個候選品系CYS1、CYS6、CYSL4、CYSL5及台南1號為材料,探討在不同栽培株距下對其農藝性狀、木酚素含量及含油量之影響。結果顯示,春作CYS1栽植株距15公分下每株種子產量6.61 g,木酚素含量95.62 mg 100 g^(-1),含油量46.53%有最佳的表現,秋作栽植株距10公分下每株種子產量9.16 g,木酚素含量85.64 mg 100 g^(-1),含油量50.27%有最佳的表現。春作CYS6栽植株距10公分下每株種子產量5.63 g,木酚素含量80.32 mg 100 g^(-1),含油量46.72%有最佳的表現,秋作栽植株距15公分下每株種子產量8.54 g,木酚素含量82.24 mg 100 g^(-1),含油量47.29 %有最佳的表現。春作CYSL4栽植株距20公分下每株種子產量8.25 g,木酚素含量101.75 mg 100 g^(-1),含油量46.76%有最佳的表現,秋作栽植株距15公分下每株種子產量10.40 g,木酚素含量124.36 mg 100 g^(-1),含油量52.23%有最佳的表現。春作CYSL5栽植株距20公分下每株種子產量8.31 g,木酚素含量88.88 mg 100 g^(-1),含油量46.38%有最佳的表現,秋作亦是栽植株距20公分下每株種子產量6.76 g,木酚素含量87.83 mg 100 g^(-1),含油量49.63%有最佳的表現。春作「台南1號」栽植株距20公分下每株種子產量5.92 g,木酚素含量82.57 mg 100 g^(-1),含油量44.38%有最佳的表現,秋作栽植株距20公分下每株種子產量6.46 g,木酚素含量82.78 mg 100 g^(-1),含油量46.97%有最佳的表現。

This study aimed to investigate the influences of different plant spacings on agronomic characters, lignans and oil contents of sesame. The four candidate lines, CYS1, CYS6, CYSL4 and CYSL5, were used as materials which were selected from the progeny of 'Tainan NO.1 (TN1)' and 'e-26'. The results of the spring crop season indicated that CYS1 had the best agronomic performances, such as: seed yield per plant 6.61 g, lignan content 95.62 mg 100 g^(-1), and oil content 46.53% when plant spacing was 15 cm. In fall crop, CYS1 had the best agronomic performances in 10 cm of plant spacing, such as: seed yield per plant 9.16 g, lignan content 85.64 mg 100 g^(-1), and oil content 50.27%. In addition, CYS6 had the best agronomic performances in spring crop season, such as: seed yield per plant 5.63 g, lignan content 80.32 mg 100 g^(-1) and oil content 46.72% when plant spacing was 10 cm. In fall crop, CYS6 had the best agronomic characters such as: seed yield per plant 8.54 g, lignan content 82.24 mg 100 g^(-1), and oil content 47.29% when plant spacing was 15 cm. CYSL4 had the best agronomic performances in 20 cm of plant spacing in spring crop season, such as: seed yield per plant 8.25 g, lignan content 101.75 mg 100 g^(-1), and oil content 46.76%; in fall, such as: seed yield per plant 10.40 g, lignan content 124.36 mg 100 g^(-1), and oil content 52.23% with CYSL4 were showed the best when plant spacing was 15 cm. CYSL5 had the best agronomic performances in 20 cm of both spring and fall crops, such us : seed yield per plant 8.31 g, lignan content 88.88 mg 100 g^(-1), and oil content 46.38% in spring, and the yield per plant 6.76 g, the lignan content 87.83 mg 100 g^(-1), and the oil content 49.63% in fall. Tainan No. 1 had the best agronomic performances in 20 cm of both spring and fall crops, such us : seed yield per plant 5.92 g, lignan content 82.57 mg 100 g^(-1), oil content 44.38% in spring, and seed yield per plant 6.46 g, the lignan content 82.78 mg 100 g^(-1), and the oil content 46.97%.
